Becky is an international author, trainer, coach, and facilitator in leadership development, priority management, and workforce wellness. She has three decades of executive management experience working with community-based organizations, membership and trade associations, higher education, and the business community. Becky is President & CEO and Lead Coach of BSCorbett Consulting; a member of the Academy of Certified Social Workers; a Maxwell Leadership Certified Facilitator, Coach, Speaker, & Trainer; a Maxwell Method DISC Certification Trainer & Consultant; and author of The Bridge to Hope & Healing®: 9 Principles to Guide You in a Moment of Crisis. Becky is writing her second book, Leading ME Principles℠: 12 Strategies to Help YOU Lead with Intention, and is currently enrolled in the International Coaching Academy’s program to obtain two credentials from the International Coaching Federation. Becky is fiercely dedicated to supporting others in moving ideas to action.

Ashleigh is the Director of Operations with BSCorbett Consulting (BSC) and is a licensed social worker and accredited case manager. She brings expertise in healthcare social work and has seven years of experience in the medical field, working in both the hospital and rehabilitation settings. In addition to her role with BSC, she works as a travel planner for families across the country. Ashleigh is passionate about mentoring social workers entering the field and encouraging individuals and groups as they nurture their leadership. She uses a strengths-based approach to help others identify their own unique talents and to instill confidence in them as they work toward achieving their goals. Ashleigh received her BSW from The University of Alabama and MSSW from The University of Tennessee. She adores her rescue dog, Dolly, running, and all things Disney.
