Terrie Fritz

Terrie Fritz has recently retired from the position of Director of The Center for Social Work in Healthcare at the Anne and Henry Zarrow School of Social Work, University of Oklahoma. Terrie has practiced social work since graduating with her MSW in 1978 and has worked in the fields of Child Welfare, Mental Health, and Maternal and Child Health in direct and program/policy development positions. From 1995 to 2011, she was the Director of Child Health and the Director of Behavioral Health at the Oklahoma Health Care Authority, the state agency responsible for administering the Medicaid program. Before that, Terrie was the Director of Social Work for the Oklahoma State Department of Health. She currently contracts with private not-for-profits, administering special projects in professional development.
Terrie currently serves as an instructor for Preferra’s Risk Management Education Program.
Emily Donovan
LISW, BCBA, Licensed Social Work Consultant, Preferra
Emily is a board-certified behavior analyst with over 20 years of school social work experience, assessing, modeling, and coaching intensive intervention plans for students with behavior and developmental disabilities.
Emily works in private practice with educators and parents who want more tools to address challenging behavior in the classroom, home, or community. Her expertise and interest center around restorative practices, adult resiliency and self-care, parent advocacy and support with challenging behavior, and coaching and mentoring for educators, behavior interventionists, school psychologists, and school social workers.
Emily is the Licensed Social Work Consultant and Preferra’s Risk Management Education Program presenter.
Dina Larsen, CPHRM
Risk Management Instructor
Dina Larsen has been a dedicated member of Gallagher Bassett’s GB Healthcare team since 2006, where she currently serves as a Senior Risk Analyst. In her role, she provides a comprehensive range of risk and claim-related services to Preferra Insurance Company RRG, including preparing statistical analyses and reports reflecting claim and risk activity. She also provides claims management guidance and regularly fields calls for Preferra’s helpline.
Prior to joining GB, Dina spent 18 years as a senior paralegal for a medical malpractice group of attorneys. She was responsible for preparing and maintaining medical record summaries, reviewing all pleadings filed with courts or hearing processes, confirming legal and document citations, and managing the office docketing system to ensure compliance with calendar deadlines and court rules. Dina also collaborated with co-defense counsel and clients on document preparation, production, and other litigation-related tasks.
Dina holds the Certified Professional in Healthcare Risk Management (CPHRM) designation, an exclusive certification offered by the American Hospital Association (AHA) for healthcare risk managers, underscoring her commitment to excellence in the field.
